Here are several examples of Action Plans that may inform your own plan’s development. Note that there is a wide spectrum of completion, documentation, and complexity here. ALL of these plans are viable. You don’t have to “swing for the fences” to construct and implement a practice that can make a difference for your students; focus on “just one thing.”
