Module 5: Implementation and Evaluation

You’re ready to submit your Action Plan, but chances are that it will continue to evolve as you move from planning, to implementation, to evaluating effectiveness. As we wrap up our time together, we ask you to think about how you will determine the effectiveness of your plan and encourage your colleagues and institutions to join you in your equity work in learning environments and in your communities. By the end of this module, you should be able to

• Identify what kinds of data you will collect to evaluate the effectiveness of your equity practices.
• Describe how you can leverage your data to advocate for equity practices with your colleagues and institutions.
• Reflect on your Faculty Learning Community experience.
